Elevators designed for use in all facilities, which operate at a speed of 0.15 m/s and do not require a shaft and related administrative (Municipality) permit, are economical systems that can be solved with minimum pit and top floor heights. The machine safety regulations are constructed in compliance with safety rules, and within this scope, they are exempt from value-added tax in accordance with Article 4s of the Value Added Tax Law numbered 3065.
